Include quantity, blade type (1-9 =see types to the left bottom) and the above information when placing your order, to ensure a proper fit to your machine. There is no charge for mounting holes. 

Once your Order has been sent:  A Confirmation order form will be faxed or emailed to you along with payment arrangements. Confirm your specifications and return the signed confirmation to us via fax or email to process your order. All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified.
