| EXAKT 50, EXAKT 80 and
EXAKT 120 These general-purpose units are capable of achieving <20 micron particle size (depending on product). May be equipped with chrome plated hardened steel or ceramic (aluminum oxide) rollers. Heating/cooling capability is available with the 80 and 120 sizes. EXAKT 50 The EXAKT 50 is the indispensable tool for the laboratory or small batch producer. The small frame takes up little room on the lab bench, yet offers the operator the versatility of dispersing a wide variety of products while using only very small samples of material.

EXAKT 80 & EXAKT 120 For compact processing of larger amounts of materials, the EXAKT 80 and 120 roll mills offer more production capability. An optional open circulation system provides the ability to heat or cool the rollers. Universal scraper system and feed hoppers are included. EXAKT's One-Point gap adjustment feature is standard. |
EXAKT
"S" Series The "S" Series is a highly precise product development/processing device used where the finest finished particle sizes are required. Units are capable of achieving <5 micron particles depending on product. The pre-tensioning system utilized on the "S" Series ensures constant roller spacing and consistent particle size. The One-Point gap adjustment makes setting the roller gap an easy task. All "S" Series Three Roll Mills may be equipped with Chrome plated hardened steel, ceramic (aluminum oxide or zirconium oxide) rollers and can utilize a variety of scraper knife materials. All "S" Series mills can be equipped with heating/cooling capability, two speed or constant-torque, variable speed roller drives. All come standard with the universal scraper system, stainless steel feed hopper, E-Stops, and secured scraper socket.
